Satisfaction guarantee
If a dish is not prepared to your liking, please let your server know right away and we will gladly remake it or offer a replacement.
Takeout orders
Takeout orders may be cancelled for a full refund before preparation begins. Once prepared, orders cannot be refunded, but we will correct any error on our part.
Reservations
Please cancel reservations at least 2 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking.
Private events
Event deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
